Apprenticeship Qualifications

This qualification is paid for through government funding and doesn’t cost the apprentice or the employer anything. An assessor with an in-depth knowledge of the choosing industry supports every learner. This assessor works with the apprentice throughout the 12 months to support them to achieve their chosen qualification. Learner supports are also provided through online, telephone and face-2-face mentoring.

Apprenticeship provides several benefits such as:

Young and Adventurous?

Blossom Learning aims to work in partnership with several youth organisations such as Youth in Action Europe to encourage young people identify their potentials and talents, build new skills and to become active citizens. We seek to provide valuable opportunities for disadvantaged young people, especially those who are Not in Employment, Education or Training; from multi-generational unemployed families; those involved in Gangs or are at risk of becoming involved in Gangs; BAME young people, especially young women; young people at risk of the penal system; and those from migrant communities.

Some of our intended projects will be but not limited to exchange programmes within Europe, to encourage cultural exchange and personal development.
